Krista is the founder and CEO of KB Kinetics, a consulting firm dedicated to optimizing operational efficiency and driving strategic growth for clients, including tech startups and healthcare systems. She holds a Doctorate in Nursing Administration and advanced degrees from the University of Pittsburgh, an MBA in Healthcare Administration, and graduate of the Executive Leadership Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
